Questions

What size is a US visa photo?

2 × 2 in (51 × 51 mm). The head must measure 25–35 mm from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head, with the eyes 28–35 mm above the bottom edge. The tool estimates the crop automatically; review the guides and any warnings before downloading.

How do I take the photo at home?

Stand about 1.5 m (4–5 ft) in front of a plain light wall, face a window for even light, and have someone take the photo at eye level. Keep your mouth closed, both eyes open, no glasses, and leave space above your head and your shoulders in view.

What do I get?

A cropped JPEG at 900 × 900 px and a 4×6 in (10×15 cm) print sheet with copies and cut guides. Printing costs extra. Check the requirements of your application before uploading the digital file.

What if my photo is rejected?

Email us within 14 days with the rejection notice and we'll refund you in full.

The original is removed after 24 hours. Purchased downloads remain available for 30 days from payment. Unpurchased previews normally expire 30 days after upload; an unresolved checkout may delay deletion until payment or cancellation is confirmed. Keep your private link secure.
