Privacy

We collect only what's needed to make your photo and process your payment.

Free print-sheet maker

The free 4×6 layout tool processes your selected image in your browser. Choosing that file does not upload the image to our server. The generated sheet is downloaded to your device; this tool does not create a stored photo order. The upload and retention rules below apply to the separate crop-and-check photo tool.

Your photos

• Photos you upload are processed automatically to detect your face and crop the image. No person looks at them unless you contact support and ask us to.
• The original upload is deleted from active storage after 24 hours. Purchased photos and print sheets are available for 30 days from payment. Unpurchased previews normally expire 30 days from upload. Files for an unresolved checkout may remain until its payment or cancellation status is confirmed, so a completed payment can still be fulfilled.
• We don't use your photos to train models, and we don't sell or share them.
• Face measurements are used only to crop and check your photo, and are deleted with it.

Payments

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. We receive your email address and the order details, never your full card number.

Payment and operational records may remain for accounting, refunds and support after photo files expire. The payment integration does not send the photo itself to Paddle.

Recovery copies

Encrypted disaster-recovery copies are rotated on a seven-day schedule. They are kept separately from normal downloads and used only for recovery. The normal file-access expiry still applies.

Technical data

We store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting, and standard server logs for security.
