Refund policy

If your photo is rejected by the issuing authority, email contactjensennow@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the rejection notice and we'll refund the full price.

If something went wrong with your download, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Paddle. Include your purchase email and receipt reference when you contact us.
